Architectural Drafter (AutoCAD + Revit)

I'm seeking an experienced architectural drafter to support ongoing residential design projects and help our team scale production while expanding into 3D modeling.

Key requirements include:

Creation of detailed floor plans

Development of precise elevations and sections

Design of comprehensive site plans

Converting redlines/markups into clean, permit-ready updates

Supporting both AutoCAD production and Revit modeling (as skills allow)

Ideal skills and experience:

Proficiency in architectural drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

Strong understanding of residential design principles and construction detailing

Ability to produce accurate and detailed construction drawings (permit-ready)

Experience with zoning and site regulations

Strong organization skills (layer standards, sheet setup, title blocks, plotting)

Work schedule / pay:

$15–$20/hour to start (based on skill level and speed/accuracy)

15–20 hours per week

Likely to lead to a full-time position for the right fit
