Residential New Build Architectural Drawings

I’m preparing a brand-new residential build and now need a full set of architectural drawings to move from concept to permit submission and ultimately to construction. The project is a single-family home; I already have a rough brief, basic dimensions, and the site survey, but I need your professional expertise to translate this into clear, code-compliant plans.

I’ll share the site information, preferred layout ideas, and any style references as soon as we start. You’ll turn that input into well-structured drawings created in AutoCAD, Revit, or another industry-standard CAD platform—whichever you’re most comfortable with—as long as I receive both the editable files and print-ready PDFs.

Grading, Road Profiles & Stormwater Grade Plan




Deliverables:
• Grading Plan (existing + proposed contours)
• Road Profiles & Cross-Sections
• Stormwater Layout Plan
• Drainage Details Page
Deliverables I expect:
• Floor plans, elevations, and key sections at appropriate scales
• A roof plan, door/window schedules, and basic site plan
• Title block and annotation in line with local building code requirements

The drawings must be accurate enough for permit review and detailed enough for contractors to price and build from. Once the first draft is complete, I’ll review and mark up any adjustments; two rounds of revisions should be built into the process.
