Residential MEP Permit Drawings

I have a U.S.-based residential project that now needs a full permit-ready MEP set created entirely from scratch. The scope covers every discipline the building department will expect: Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing.

You will start with my design notes, room layouts, and any field information I supply, then develop code-compliant drawings in CAD (AutoCAD or Revit—whichever you prefer, as long as the final DWG and PDF sheets are clean and properly layered). For HVAC I’ll need duct and equipment layouts, load calculations, and schedules; for Electrical, lighting and power plans with panel schedules and risers; and for Plumbing, supply and waste/vent diagrams with fixture counts and sizing.

Deliverables
• Complete, permit-ready MEP sheets in PDF and editable DWG
• All supporting schedules, legends, and calculations packaged for submittal

Acceptance criteria
• Sheets conform to current U.S. residential codes and local amendments
• File naming and sheet indexing ready for direct upload to the permit portal
• Zero unexplained plan check comments related to scope you provide
