Residential MEP Drawing Set Needed

I’m ready to move my residential build from architectural design into construction documents and now need a full set of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings to overlay on my existing plans. I already have detailed CAD files of the floorplans and elevations; what’s missing are coordinated sheets that clearly show:

• HVAC layout with equipment sizing, duct runs, registers, and thermostats
• Water supply and plumbing risers, fixture connections, and venting details
• Electrical circuitry—including panel schedules, receptacles, lighting, and switch locations

Please work directly from my current DWG files, maintain my drawing standards (1/4" = 1'-0" for plans), and layer everything cleanly so the contractor can toggle each system on or off. I’ll need PDFs for permitting plus the edited CAD files for my records.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Accurate alignment with the architectural set (no clashes)
2. Compliance with the latest residential code in my jurisdiction
3. Readable annotations, legends, and schedules on every sheet
