Residential MEP Design Startup
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My new residential development is still a blank canvas, and I want to build its entire Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing backbone from the ground up. There are currently no drawings or calculations in place, so you will be establishing the full site-wide MEP concept, refining it into coordinated drawings, and delivering construction-ready documents.
What I expect:
• Conceptual layout that integrates HVAC, power, lighting, water supply and drainage logically with the architectural scheme
• Progressive drafts so we can review routing, load schedules, equipment sizing and compliance with local codes
• Final coordinated plans, schematics and calculation sheets in PDF and editable CAD formats, ready for permitting and tender
I work in AutoCAD and Revit, so providing models in those environments will speed approvals, though I’m open to other BIM workflows if properly exported. Regular check-ins over video or shared screen sessions are important to keep decisions moving quickly.
