Residential Interior Redesign Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Scope of Work:
I require a design professional to prepare an amendment to existing architectural drawings for my residence. The focus is on revising and improving the interior layout across multiple spaces, not limited to the living room and kitchen. Structural or exterior changes are not anticipated unless necessary for compliance.
Deliverables Required:
Layout Options: Follow amendment image as provided with also the option to provided additional iprovements to base design.Re-think flow, furniture placement, and storage solutions while working within existing design.
Documentation:
• Updated scaled floor plans reflecting amendments (permit-ready) and up to same standard of existing drawing, attached as part of this.
• Reflected ceiling plans for revised areas.
• Drafted in AutoCAD, Revit, or compatible format for integration with my current set.
Material & Finishes Schedule: A concise schedule outlining cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and key finishes to enable early procurement.
Revisions: One round of revisions following my review of the initial concept package.
Additional Information:
Please confirm your preferred drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and whether you can work seamlessly with my current file set. Current CAD files will be provided from existing drawing. The same standard and quality of changes needs to be represented as shown in the existing drawing.
Provide your typical turnaround time for amendments of this scope.
