I’m planning a full refresh of my home and I’d like a seasoned residential interior designer to take the lead. At this stage I’m keeping the brief open: the specific rooms and the overall style are flexible, so I’m counting on your creativity to guide the concept and show me options that fit both the space and my day-to-day life.

Here’s what I expect to see as we move forward:

• Scaled floor plans with furniture layouts (AutoCAD, Revit or similar)
• High-quality 3D visualisations or renders so I can “walk through” the design before committing
• A detailed sourcing list covering furniture, finishes, lighting and accessories available in my region
• Clear installation drawings and notes that a contractor can follow without guesswork
