Project Brief:
I own a residential lot in Irving, Texas, USA (R-6 zoning, ~6,976 sq.ft, ~40% buildable). I am planning to construct a single-family home with:
• Main home: 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms
• In-law suite: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom
Approximate Size: ~2,000–2,400 sq.ft total buildable area.

1. Site layout plan – house footprint positioned on lot (basic, approximate setbacks).
2. Floor plans – fully dimensioned and labeled.
3. Elevations – all 4 sides.
4. Roof plan.
5. 1–2 Building Sections (showing structure concept).
6. 3D exterior renderings (optional but preferred).
7. Final PDFs + CAD files (AutoCAD/Revit).

• The final permit drawings will be adapted and stamped by a Texas-licensed engineer/architect.
