Residential Floor Plan Update & Expansion

My current residential floor plan is outdated and no longer makes the best use of space. I need a fresh layout that re-works the living areas, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms while also integrating a few additional rooms. The goal is to keep circulation smooth, respect structural constraints, and maximise natural light.

You’ll be starting from my existing drawings (PDF and basic DWG files) and delivering a fully revised plan that can move straight into permitting. A modern drafting toolset such as AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp is preferred so I can easily share the files with my contractor later.

Please include:

• Updated 2D floor plan with clear dimensions and annotations
• Placement of the new rooms, showing logical flow with the rest of the house
• A quick 3D massing or perspective snapshot so I can visualise how the spaces relate
• One round of revisions after initial feedback
• Final files in both PDF and editable CAD formats

Accuracy, concise labelling and a clean, readable layout are the main acceptance criteria. If anything about the existing structure limits where new rooms can be added, flag it early so we can adjust together.
