Residential Floor Plan Drafting

I’m preparing to remodel a three-storey residential property and need clear, accurate drawings that show both the current layout and my proposed changes. All three floors must be covered.

What I will supply:
• Rough hand-sketches, photos and any dimensions I have already taken.
• A short brief outlining the new room uses and wall moves I’m considering.

What I need from you:
• Scaled “existing” floor plans for each of the three levels.
• Matching “proposed” floor plans that incorporate the remodel ideas from my brief.
• Files delivered in both PDF (ready to print at A3) and an editable format such as DWG or RVT, with layers named logically.

Acceptance criteria:
• Drawings align with the measurements provided (±5 mm tolerance).
• Walls, doors, windows, fixtures and room labels are clearly shown.
• Separate title blocks for existing vs. proposed, with drawing numbers and scale noted.

Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent architectural drafting software is a must. If you’ve handled similar residential plans before, please add a quick note and sample. I’m looking to get the first draft within a week, with two revision rounds included.
