Residential Electrical Layout Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have complete architectural blueprints for my home and now need a clean electrical overlay created. The scope is straightforward: a basic plan that shows every lighting fixture and power outlet, clearly tied to the rooms on the existing drawings. I’ll supply the house plans and a marked-up copy indicating the exact locations I want; you translate that into a neat, scaled electrical sheet.
No licensing stamps are necessary—this is strictly for planning and coordination—so solid drafting skills in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software are perfectly fine. All I expect back is a printable PDF and the original editable file, labeled and layered properly so my builder can reference it later.
If you’ve produced residential electrical layouts of similar complexity, please share a couple of samples when you reply. That will help me gauge style and clarity.
