I’m ready to turn my residential floor-plans into a clean, code-compliant electrical layout. You’ll receive the architectural drawings in PDF/CAD along with notes on room functions, and you’ll return a complete plan that clearly shows fixture positions, switch points, outlet placement, circuit routes, wire sizes and a properly sized breaker panel.
Please follow the relevant local code (I’ll confirm when we start) and keep the drawing layers tidy so the contractor can read them at a glance. A concise schedule and single-line diagram should round out the package.
