Residential Electrical Design & KVM Calculation

I’m planning a new residential installation and need a complete, code-compliant electrical design packaged in an easy-to-follow set of drawings and calculations.

Scope
• Lighting layout – show fixture locations, switching, and load schedules.
• Power distribution – specify panel boards, circuiting, and feeder sizes.
• Wiring diagrams – clear single-line and schematic diagrams so my electrician can pull conductors without guesswork.
• KVM calculation – provide the full demand/load assessment for the new installation, including diversity factors and any assumptions used.

What I’m looking for
I’ll supply architectural PDFs and room functions the moment we start. You translate them into a detailed plan I can file with local authorities and hand directly to the contractor. Drawings should be delivered in both PDF and an editable format (AutoCAD or Revit—whichever you’re most comfortable with). All calculations must be presented in an unlocked spreadsheet for easy review.
