Residential Concept Design Architect

I’m about to build a brand-new home and want an architect who can translate my ideas into a clear, build-ready concept package. This assignment covers the very first stage only—concept development for a residential new construction.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A set of preliminary floor plans that explore layout options and circulation.
• Exterior massing studies or quick 3D sketches that convey overall form, scale, and roof lines.
• One consolidated concept drawing set (PDF + editable source) capturing the preferred scheme with room dimensions, basic elevations, and a simple materials call-out.

We’ll start with a brief video or phone chat so I can walk you through the site constraints, my space requirements, and any style references I’ve collected. After that, I’m expecting two rounds of refinements before sign-off. Native files from AutoCAD, Revit, or Archicad are welcome as long as I also get print-ready PDFs.

If you’re comfortable shaping ideas from scratch and can communicate design intent clearly, I’d love to see samples of comparable residential concept work and hear your proposed timeline for delivery.
