Residential Building Structural Design Revit

I need a qualified civil engineer to take full responsibility for the structural design of a residential building and develop the entire model in Revit. The goal is a code-compliant structure that is ready for permitting and construction.
Using your preferred structural analysis software and Revit’s native tools, you will size all members, lay out the framing system, define loads, and resolve any coordination issues with architecture or MEP that typically surface at this stage. When complete, I expect:
• A fully coordinated Revit structural model (.rvt)
• PDF sheets with plans, sections, and details suitable for submission
• A concise calculation package that shows your load assumptions, design checks, and references to the governing code
If you have previous residential work in Revit, especially timber or concrete framing, please mention it so I can gauge fit quickly.
