Residential Blueprint Design Needed

I’m moving forward with a new residential build and now need complete blueprint design support. The lot is already secured and the initial concept is defined; what’s missing are professional plans that translate my ideas into precise construction documents my local builder and permitting office will accept.

Here’s the scope:
• Produce full architectural blueprints for a single-family home, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and roof layout.
• Provide digital files in CAD (DWG) and print-ready PDF formats.
• Ensure drawings meet standard residential code requirements for structural, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
• Offer two rounds of revisions so the final set reflects feedback from me and the builder.

While my immediate need is blueprint design, I’m open to discussing interior or landscape design later if our collaboration goes well.

Please outline your experience with residential projects, the software you’ll use (AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable), and an estimated timeline from kickoff to signed-off plans.
