Residential BOQ & Elevation Design

I already have the base CAD plans for my home and now need an architect-designer who can take those drawings to the next level. The scope centres on three zones—living room, bedrooms and kitchen—so every change you make must integrate cleanly with the current files rather than starting from scratch.
Looking for designer from Tamilnadu Coimbatore as preference with econical.

Here’s what I am looking for:

• Update my existing DWG files with precise furniture layouts that reflect real-world dimensions and clear circulation.
• Generate a detailed Bill of Quantities that breaks materials and finishes down room-by-room so my contractor can price the job without guesswork.
• Produce interior and façade elevations that align with the revised layouts, showing finishes, heights and key construction notes.
• Return everything in both editable CAD (DWG/DXF) and ready-to-print PDF sheets.

Accuracy is paramount; I will check the updated models against the old drawings and the BOQ line items against the plan annotations. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit or similar that’s perfect—just keep layer naming tidy so my contractor can navigate the file quickly.
