Residential BIM Massing Model

I need a clean, lightweight BIM model that captures the overall form and key volumes of a single-family residential project. The goal is strictly architectural design exploration at this stage, so I only require basic massing—no detailed interiors, MEP, or construction sequencing. A simple, well-organized parametric file that can be opened in Revit (or exported to IFC) is ideal, with clear story heights, floor plates, and roof geometry ready for quick iteration.

Deliverables
• BIM file showing primary masses, floor levels, and a rudimentary site pad
• Consistent naming layers/families so I can continue development seamlessly
• Export to IFC or DWG alongside the native file
