Residential BIM Design Support

I manage a steady flow of residential work and need an experienced architectural / civil designer who can plug in remotely and keep projects moving from first sketch to permit set. You’ll collaborate with me on conceptual studies, carry ideas through design development, and prepare fully coordinated construction documents.

Day-to-day, expect to build and refine BIM models in Revit, generate clean 2D drawings in AutoCAD, and develop quick study models or render-ready visuals in SketchUp. Clear, well-structured drawing sets, accurate schedules, and neatly organized files are essential deliverables on every assignment.

Because we work entirely online, strong communication and a reliable workflow are critical. Please send a link to your portfolio along with a brief note about the residential projects you’ve touched, outlining your role on each and the software you used. I review submissions as they arrive and will reach out promptly if the fit looks right.
