Residential AutoCAD & Revit Drafting
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I manage an ongoing pipeline of residential work and need extra drafting horsepower in both AutoCAD and Revit to keep projects moving smoothly. On any given week I may hand over a sketch, red-lined PDF, or point-cloud background and expect you to turn it into a clean, construction-ready drawing set.
Scope of each assignment
• Floor plans – fully dimensioned, annotated, and keyed to my layer/line-weight standards
• Exterior elevations – coordinated with plans and roof geometry, complete with material call-outs
• MEP drawings – basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts integrated into the architectural model
I’ll supply my office’s CAD/Revit template, graphic standards, and sheet naming convention at the start, so please be comfortable working within predefined guidelines rather than inventing your own. Accuracy, tidy file organization, and predictable turnaround times are more important to me than flashy rendering skills.
Typical workflow
1. Receive mark-ups or model link from me.
2. Draft or update the required views.
3. Return RVT/DWG files plus plotted PDFs for review.
4. Revise promptly after comments until the drawing is signed off.
Deliverables are considered complete when they print correctly at scale, pass a layer audit against my template, and coordinate across all views without clashes.
If you are an experienced residential drafter who communicates clearly and keeps your models light and orderly, let’s start with a single home and, if it goes well, roll into the rest of the queue.
