Residential Architectural Revit Model

I’m moving forward with a new residential build and I need a clean, well-structured architectural model built entirely in Revit. All geometry, levels, and views should be organised so that my team can jump straight into coordination and documentation without spending hours tidying up someone else’s work.
Your model will become the single source of truth for plans, elevations, and schedules, so accuracy is essential. Please base all elements on typical residential construction standards, using native Revit families wherever possible rather than generic CAD imports; the goal is a native, lightweight BIM file that prints and exports smoothly.
When you respond, include a detailed project proposal outlining:
• Your approach and anticipated milestones
• Any similar residential models you’ve delivered (links or screenshots welcome)
• The version of Revit you plan to use and any add-ins that will be part of your workflow
The site topography is attached which is key to model correctly. The existing buildings are being demolished so just an outline of these is needed.
