I'm seeking a skilled architect to produce detailed working drawings for a Drawings for a small internal wall removal at my home in Seaford. The required drawings include:
– Existing + proposed floor plans – Section through the wall being removed – Roof plan showing truss/rafter direction – Site plan.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of residential building codes and standards
- Experience in developing working drawings from design development stage
