Residential Architectural Drafting Plans

I’m ready to move a residential concept from rough sketches to construction-ready drawings and need a precise architectural draftsman to make it happen. You’ll receive my hand-drawn plans, site measurements, and reference photos; your task is to convert them into clean, professional CAD documentation suitable for council submission and builder pricing.

The scope covers the full set of residential drawings—floor plans, elevations, sections, basic electrical and plumbing layouts, plus a door/window schedule. All files must be delivered in both editable DWG (AutoCAD or Revit format) and print-ready PDFs.

Please send a detailed project proposal that spells out:
• the steps you’ll follow from initial model set-up through final revisions,
• the software you plan to use,
• an estimated timeline with key milestones, and
• any assumptions or information you still need from me.

Clarity, accuracy, and a quick turnaround are important to me, so if you have a smooth revision process or past residential drafting samples, feel free to highlight them. I’ll supply everything you need to begin as soon as we agree on the schedule.
