Residential Architect Design Plans

The project involves a new residential build and, alongside it, a purpose-built warehouse. I already have a clear vision for both structures and now need full architectural support—from concept sketches right through to permit-ready drawings.

For the home, the priorities are functionality, energy efficiency and a layout that makes the best possible use of a modest footprint. The warehouse must integrate smoothly with the overall site plan while staying true to proven warehouse flow principles (generous clear-span space, efficient loading access, straightforward fire-safety routes).

Expected deliverables
• Concept design options in PDF or CAD
• Finalised floor plans, elevations and sections ready for local submission
• A coordinated site plan showing the relationship between house and warehouse
• 3D visualisations that communicate materials and massing clearly

Please rely on industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD for drawing production and supply native files at hand-over.
