Renovation Shop Drawings Needed

Title: Architectural Shop Drawings for Toilet Renovation – AutoCAD/Revit
Description:
Looking for an experienced architectural draftsman to produce a full set of shop drawings for a toilet renovation project (Hilii Wedding Hall, Al Ain, UAE).
Scope:
General layout, ceiling layout, and flooring layout (scale 1:25)
Elevations (minimum 4–7 views including typical WC and HC WC front/side views)
Full dimensioning, levels, and annotations
Sanitary legend, material legend, and walls legend
Title block matching consultant requirements (Asteco format reference will be provided)
Drawings to be delivered in AutoCAD (.dwg) and PDF
Reference: I will provide a sample set of approved shop drawings from a previous phase as the standard to match.
Requirements:
Proven experience with UAE municipality / consultant submittals (Asteco, Provis, Al Ain Municipality preferred)
AutoCAD proficiency (Revit a plus)
Familiarity with interior fit-out drawings for wet areas
Ability to revise based on consultant comments
Deliverables: Editable .dwg files + PDFs, A1 sheet size, ready for submittal.
