Renovation CAD Plans & Elevations
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have an existing set of sketches and a few early CAD files from the original architect, and I now need them developed into fully-detailed plans for a renovation project. The scope covers both the refreshed interior layout and the updated exterior elevations, so every drawing must read as a complete, coordinated package.
Inside, I want the floor plans refined and properly annotated, with dedicated layers for the electrical and plumbing systems. Outside, the façades need to be redrawn to reflect the proposed changes, maintaining consistency with the interior adjustments.
You will receive my hand-marked sketches plus the architect’s DWG files. From these sources, I’m expecting a polished set of construction-ready drawings delivered in DWG and PDF.
Deliverables:
• Interior floor plans with electrical and plumbing layouts clearly separated and labeled
• Exterior elevations aligned with the new interior scheme
• All files in both editable DWG and printable PDF formats
Accuracy, clean line-work, and adherence to standard drafting conventions are essential. If you work comfortably in AutoCAD, Revit, or a compatible tool and can turn precise plans around quickly, let’s move forward.
