Renovation Architectural Drawing Set
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m updating an existing building and need a cohesive package of architectural drawings to guide the renovation and satisfy permitting requirements. The scope includes fresh floor plans that capture the new internal layout, exterior elevation drawings showing every façade, and a clear site plan that situates the project within its lot boundaries and setbacks.
Also to show existing walls and what is staging and going.
I will supply current measurements, photographs, and my initial sketch notes. From these you’ll develop clean, dimensioned documents suitable for contractor pricing and local authority submission. Final files should arrive in PDF for quick review and in editable DWG format; producing them in AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD is fine so long as the DWG export is tidy.
Ideally I would like if you can do this in Revit.
When you respond, simply attach samples of past renovation drawings you have produced. Seeing the quality of your previous work is the key factor in my selection.
