Remote CAD/Revit MPE Engineer
Budget: $250 – $5,000 USD
I run a small but growing mechanical-plumbing-electrical firm in Arizona and I’m ready to add a registered Mechanical/Plumbing engineer or senior designer who can take full ownership of design packages produced in Revit and AutoCAD. You will be jumping straight into both residential and commercial jobs, developing complete HVAC and plumbing designs for a mix of new-builds and renovation projects.
Day-to-day you’ll be laying out ductwork, equipment, piping and schedules in Revit, coordinating with our E-model, and turning around stamped construction documents and supporting calculations. Everything is handled remotely under a W-9 arrangement; while Arizona-based professionals can visit sites more easily, strong applicants from anywhere in the United States are welcome.
Deliverables for each assignment will typically include:
• Revit models and coordinated CAD backgrounds
• Mechanical and plumbing plans, sections and details ready for permit submission
• Equipment and pipe/duct sizing calculations
• PDF drawing set and native files packaged for hand-off
Projects are issued and paid on a per-project basis, with scopes and milestones defined up front so you always know exactly what is expected and when payment releases.
