Regulatory Office Warehouse Drawings

I already have a rough CAD layout of an office–warehouse fit-out: one floor plan with core dimensions blocked out. Now I need the drawings taken to full submission standard for Australian authorities.

The job centres on turning my draft into a professional drawing set that satisfies the Building Code of Australia (BCA). That means clear linework, correct layers, recognised symbols, title blocks with project data, and notes that match BCA terminology. If a minor tweak to satisfy local council or NCC clauses becomes obvious while you work, flag it and we can incorporate it.

Deliverables
• Fully annotated floor plan at agreed scale
• Complete elevations (all façades that affect compliance)
• Any essential sections or enlarged details you feel the certifier will request
• A brief compliance statement on the sheets referencing the relevant BCA clauses
• Output in both PDF (ready for lodgement) and DWG (so I can make future edits)

I will provide the existing DWG, site dimensions, and a sample submission from a past project so the graphic style is clear. One revision pass to address certifier comments is built in; further rounds can be discussed as extras.

Please use AutoCAD, Revit or another mainstream BIM/CAD package so exchange is seamless.
