Redraw Seven-Page House Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have printed originals of a two-story, 1,440 sq ft, 3 bed/3 bath detached home that we built about ten years ago. The architect of record is no longer reachable, so I need the entire seven-sheet construction set recreated in CAD, incorporating a handful of small corrections that are marked on my hard-copy set. I will scan and send those pages along with my handwritten notes so you can see every adjustment I require.
Your job is to translate those scans into clean, fully dimensioned CAD drawings—floor plans, elevations, sections, electrical/lighting, and all other sheets that would normally make up a permit-ready set for a house this size. Accuracy is key; every wall thickness, opening, and elevation call-out must match the redlines on my printouts. I’m comfortable working in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar, as long as the final files come back to me in both PDF and an editable CAD format.
I already have specific written notes for the corrections, so I’m not looking for design suggestions—just faithful reproduction with the marked changes. However, if you regularly collaborate with a Florida-licensed engineer who can provide structural review and a digital stamp, please mention that; it would streamline my permit submission.
Deliverables
• Seven plotted PDF sheets ready for municipal review
• Corresponding native CAD files (DWG or RVT) with all xrefs, fonts, and plot styles included
• Possibly two rounds of block printing of schedule blocks and data revisions after my mark-up review
