Redraw Residential Building Plans

I will send you the complete set of architectural, MEP and structural drawings for a single-family residence. Your task is to recreate every sheet from the ground up—no mark-ups—then fold in three specific upgrades: layout changes, updated material specifications and corrected dimensions. The adjustments apply to both interior and exterior views, so plans, sections, elevations and schedules all need to reflect the new information consistently.

Please keep layers tidy, use recognised CAD standards and deliver files I can edit (.dwg) along with print-ready PDFs. If you prefer Revit, export the final sheets to DWG as well so I have full flexibility.

Deliverables
• Re-drawn architectural, MEP and structural sheets with revised layouts
• Updated material schedule/spec notes woven into the drawings
• Corrected dimensions throughout, aligned to the new layout
• Native CAD files plus PDFs, all to proper scale
