Redraw Basic Floor Draft Plan

I have an old draft plan that has become hard to read and share, and I need it reproduced cleanly in digital form. The scope is straightforward: redraw the existing floor layout exactly as shown, keeping every wall, door and opening in the same position and supplying clear, accurate measurements on the new drawing. No electrical, plumbing, furniture, materials or textures are required—just the core architectural lines with dimensions.

You may work in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or another mainstream drafting tool so long as the final files arrive in both an editable source format (DWG or equivalent) and a high-resolution PDF ready for printing at A3. I will provide the scanned original and any extra dimensions you request.

Deliverables
• Clean, scaled floor plan showing all walls, doors and windows
• Dimensions annotated in metric, matching the original measurements
• Editable CAD file (DWG/DXF)
• PDF plotted to scale
