Rebar Bending Workshop Drawings
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I already have the architectural floor plans, house sections and hand-sketched rebar locations; what I now need is a full workshop package that translates those inputs into precise bending information. Please generate the drawings in AllPlan (my first choice) or an equivalent BIM/rebar-detailing platform if you are more efficient there.
Scope of the drawing set
• Strip foundations
• Ceiling slabs
• Vertical cerclage
• Horizontal cerclage
• Columns (ground- and first-floor)
• Staircase reinforcement
• Ring beams tying the structure
For each of these elements, the final file must show bar marks, diameters, shapes, cut lengths and lap positions exactly as AllPlan’s bending shapes table will read them. Alongside the drawings, provide a tabular bar-bending schedule (Excel or AllPlan native list) that totals quantities and groups identical bars. The protective layer of concrete in the ground is 5 cm, above ground 2.5 cm
Acceptance
1. Drawings open without errors in AllPlan.
2. Every bar in the schedule cross-references to a visible mark on the sheet.
3. Quantities reconcile with the concrete volumes and sketches I supplied (±2 %).
4. Deliverables: .dwg, PDF sheets, and the bar schedule spreadsheet.
