DA-Ready Residential Drafting Package

I need a skilled structural / civil drafter to turn my existing residential drawings into a DA-ready package. I already have base plans; they must be updated, refined, and expanded into three coordinated documents:

• Site plan – show boundaries, setbacks, contours, existing services, and any proposed works.
• Elevations – all façades fully dimensioned, including finished floor levels, roof heights, and key materials.
• Sections – at least two cut lines that clearly illustrate floor-to-ceiling heights, structural members, and footing details.

Please work in either AutoCAD or Revit and supply both editable CAD files (DWG/RVT) and print-ready PDFs. All drawings must follow standard Australian drafting conventions and be suitable for direct submission to council without further adjustment.

The information I will provide on award includes the current CAD files, survey, and council drafting checklist. Your task is to:

– Update the existing drawings in line with the checklist
– Add any missing dimensions, notes, north points, scales, and title blocks
– Ensure consistency of layers, line weights, and annotation styles
– Flag any discrepancies you notice so I can resolve them before lodgement
