Rcc Structural Engineering Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
This project covers the full structural design package for a new single-family residence that will be constructed primarily in reinforced concrete. The architectural concept is finalized; what I now need is a licensed structural engineer who can translate those plans into safe, code-compliant, build-ready documents.
Scope
• Concrete is the main material throughout the framing, floor system, and roof slab.
• All design work must align with the current local building code as well as any seismic and wind requirements that apply to our region.
• Coordination with my architect is essential so that structural elements integrate cleanly with the existing drawings.
Deliverables
1. Signed and stamped structural drawings in PDF and DWG (foundation, framing plans, sections, and details).
2. Complete structural calculations package showing load paths, reinforcement schedules, and safety factors.
3. Bill of quantities for concrete, rebar, and any embedded steel plates.
4. One revision round after the initial review by my local authority or contractor.
Acceptance Criteria
• Drawings pass municipal plan check without structural comments.
• Reinforcement schedules and detailing match industry best practices for durability and constructability.
• Calculations demonstrate compliance with live, dead, seismic, and wind load provisions in the governing code.
Please confirm your license jurisdiction, software preference (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.), and approximate timeline so we can organize milestones and get this house out of the ground smoothly.
