Ranch House Plan Design

I need complete architectural drawings for a single-family, ranch-style home with three bedrooms. The goal is to walk away with fully build-ready plans that my local contractor can submit for permits, obtain accurate bids from subs, and eventually follow on site.

Key points I already know:
• I already have the build size determined. It will be a metal home. I also have a picture of what I’d like that I can send. It just needs some minor adjustments due to the picture of the plans being slightly different than the building size.

What I expect from you:
• Scaled floor plan, all interior dimensions, and wall legends.
• Elevations on all four sides plus a roof plan that clearly shows pitch and materials.
• Basic electrical and plumbing layouts indicating fixture and outlet locations.
• A printable PDF set and editable source files (AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable).

If you like to add 3D views or SketchUp walkthroughs, great—just include that in your proposal so I can factor it into my decision. All drawings must comply with standard U.S. residential code conventions; I will handle any local amendments after review.

Let me know your typical turnaround time, how many revision cycles you include, and which software you’ll work in. Once we agree on the layout concept, I’d like initial drafts within one week and the final permit set shortly after revisions.
