The goal is to receive a fully detailed set of drawings and documents that allow direct construction on site, without the need for later corrections or clarifications.

Construction details

Electrical Design

Single-line and multi-line diagrams
Electrical routing
Cable sizing
Circuit breakers and protection devices
Detailed quantity take-offs (BOQ)

Plumbing (Traditional System)

Cold and hot water systems
Drainage system
Complete quantity take-offs

Deliverables

Full set of print-ready PDF drawings
Fully editable native files:
AutoCAD (DWG) or Revit (RVT)
Proper use of layers, families, and clear naming conventions

Detailed quantity take-off schedules for:

Architecture
Electrical
Plumbing
Requirements
Drawings must be construction-ready
Files must be well organized and editable

Experience in residential projects is required
Knowledge of international drafting standards is a plus
