The scope includes creating an accurate three-dimensional model of the staircase based on approved architectural drawings, design specifications, and dimensional details. The model shall incorporate all relevant components such as treads, risers, landings, stringers, railings, balustrades, handrails, and structural supports, ensuring proper alignment, proportions, and compliance with design standards.
The 3D model shall be developed using appropriate BIM or 3D modeling software with precise geometry and material definitions. Following modeling, realistic rendering shall be carried out by applying suitable materials, textures, lighting, and camera views to produce presentation-quality images.
