Polished Revit Flythrough Animation

I have a complete Revit model of a two storey 400m2 house with a pool that is still in plain white—no colours, textures, lighting, or entourage. I now need a polished flythrough that clients can watch and immediately understand both the exterior massing and the richness of the interior.

Here’s what I expect: the animation must be fully detailed with furniture and fixtures, showing seamless transitions from street view to the house, up through key rooms, and back out again. Because it is for client presentations, camera paths should feel natural and engaging rather than technical.

You are free to move the file into 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or any other renderer you prefer, as long as the final result looks cohesive and professional. I will supply the native Revit file, any reference photos, and a short mood board once we start.

Deliverables
• One finished video (1080p or higher, H.264) with smooth pacing, cinematic lighting, and balanced colour grading
• A set of still frames (minimum ten) taken from key moments in the flythrough for slide decks
• The editable source file or project archive so I can request future tweaks if needed

Please outline your workflow, typical turnaround time, and any samples of similar work you have completed. I am ready to begin as soon as I find the right animator. I am looking for this to be completed in 1 week.
