Point Cloud Specialist for Conical Cladding

Project Title:
Point Cloud (RCS) Specialist / Architectural Draftsman for Conical Cladding (Mall Interior)
Project Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled architectural draftsman or Scan-to-BIM specialist with strong experience in handling Point Cloud (RCS) data to develop precise cladding shop drawings for a conical architectural feature inside a mall.
Scope of Work:
Work with Point Cloud data (RCS format)
Extract accurate geometry of a conical structure from scan data
Convert scan data into detailed As-Built drawings
Prepare cladding shop drawings based on actual site conditions
Perform panelization of cladding suitable for a conical/curved surface
Produce fixing details and construction details
Deliver 2D drawings (DWG + PDF) and optional 3D model if required
Requirements:
Strong experience with Point Cloud workflows (RCS / Autodesk ReCap / Scan Data)
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or Rhino is highly preferred)
Experience in Scan-to-BIM / As-Built modeling
Solid understanding of curved geometry (cone / complex surfaces)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Previous similar project samples are mandatory
