Plumbing Draftsman: Water & Drainage

I’m looking for a skilled MEP draughtsman to convert my basic plumbing sketches into fully detailed construction drawings. The focus is exclusively on plumbing—specifically the water-supply and drainage systems for a mid-rise residential project.

You will receive clean architectural DWG backgrounds and my colour-coded sketches that already indicate fixture locations and approximate pipe routes. From there, I need coordinated, code-compliant drawings that a contractor can build from, including accurate pipe sizing, slopes, valve locations, clean-outs, legends and notes. AutoCAD is preferred, but Revit is fine as long as I get both PDF plots and editable DWG files in the end.

Please allow for at least one round of mark-ups after my review; responsiveness during that revision cycle will be essential.

Deliverables
• Plan views for each floor
• Riser and isometric schematics
• Fixture schedule and material legend
• Final PDFs and native CAD files (DWG) ready for issue for construction
