Plan Revisions & 3D Renders

I already have a full set of architect-drawn plans, but the layout no longer matches what I want to build. It needs to be changed to satisfy U.K. planning consent. The drawings need a few key updates: some rooms must be added and removed, and a couple of existing rooms need their dimensions adjusted. I can share basic guidelines for these changes, then rely on you to translate them into precise measurements that work structurally and spatially.

Once the 2D revisions are settled, I also need high-quality visualisations that show how the updated design will look when built. Clean, realistic renders of the exterior.

Preferred tools are AutoCAD or Revit for the plan updates and SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion or similar for the renders, but I’m open to your workflow as long as the final files are editable and the imagery is photorealistic.

Deliverables
• Updated architectural drawings in DWG + PDF
• High-resolution rendered images (multiple angles)
• Source files for both the plans and the renders
