Pitched Roof Detail with Skylight for Revit

I'm looking for a detailed, realistic roof model to be created in Revit, which I can easily edit later. The roof should be pitched and covered with clay tiles. Also I need a second option using Metal roof sheets similar to Lysaght Australia details.
Additionally, I want to incorporate a fixed skylight into the design. The skylight will need to incorporate very detailed flashing as shown in the attachments. The hand sketches are the ones to follow, The snippets are from the BCA and only for a guide.
Also special consideration for the BCA (Building Code of Australia)
I need it editable for the length x width and exported as a Revit Family so I can add to roof pitches in future.
I will also need a drawing of the cross sections shown, plus the ability to create 3D rendered views, which I also can edit later.
The Native file will need to be supplied to me for testing and storage.

- Experience with roofing details, especially pitched roofs

- Familiarity with skylight integration in roof designs
