Photorealistic Revit Interior-Exterior Model
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’ll provide the 2-D floorplans and building sections and would like you to turn them into a single, fully navigable Revit model that looks as close to real-life as possible. Both the exterior envelope and every interior space must read convincingly in still renders and real-time walk-throughs.
Key points for the build
• Work in native Revit (no exports); keep families and materials editable so I can swap finishes later and quickly compare stone, wood or metal options.
• Include accurate architectural details—wall reveals, trims, window/door profiles, ceiling treatments, the lot.
• Lay out the furniture to scale so spaces show true circulation and proportion.
• Apply photorealistic textures with correct scale, bump, reflection and roughness maps. I’m aiming for marketing-level visuals, not schematic placeholders.
Final hand-off
– Clean, well-structured .rvt file (latest stable version).
– All custom materials properly named and grouped.
– At least one sample camera view inside and out to confirm the realism.
If something isn’t clear in the 2-D documents, raise it before modeling so we keep revisions minimal. Once the model passes a quick spin test on my machine and the textures can be swapped without breaking, the job is complete.
The building is a singe home house with about 140m2.
