Pharmacy Interior Design & Plans

A brand-new pharmacy is about to be fitted out and I need a complete drawing package that ties every discipline together under one modern concept. The space must feel contemporary yet workhorse-ready, with clear, obstacle-free paths so staff can glide from dispensary to point-of-sale without back-tracking or bottlenecks.

Here is what the final package must include:
• Interior design plan that sets the modern aesthetic—materials, colour palette and any fixture elevations
• Fully dimensioned floor plan showing shelving, counters, consultation rooms and circulation widths optimised for staff flow
• Electrical layout with lighting circuits, power points and low-voltage feeds ready for cash registers and refrigerators
• Integrated fire-safety plan marking alarms, sprinklers and the exact camera positions for full CCTV coverage
• Plumbing plan for sinks, eyewash stations and any future compounding areas

Please deliver all drawings in PDF for review and DWG (or compatible) for hand-off to the local contractor; layered and annotated in English. Local code compliance is essential, so note fire-rating details, egress widths and fixture clearances where required.

Time is critical—I would like the first draft as soon as realistically possible and the signed-off package immediately after any revisions. If you are comfortable working quickly in AutoCAD, Revit or a similar tool and can supply neat, construction-ready sheets, you are exactly who I need.
