Permit-Ready Apartment CAD Drawings

I have a small multi-family project—10 apartments totalling roughly 7,000 sq ft—moving toward permit submission. One unit is fully drafted, giving a clear template for layout and style, and I already hold preliminary CAD files for the rest.

What I need now is a complete architectural drawing package for permit approval that expands this template to the remaining nine units and fine-tunes the first. The scope is limited to architectural work only: floor plans, exterior elevations and a set of simple 3D views for spatial clarity.

Deliverables
• Updated, floor plan
• Matching elevations illustrating material call-outs and key heights
• Basic 3D model or perspectives to accompany the set (format can be DWG, RVT or SketchUp)
• A single, consolidated PDF ready for submission to the council

I’ll provide the existing CAD files, the completed unit, and any city checklists immediately on award. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit or an equivalent drafting platform is essential so files stay editable.
