Patio Blueprint Needed ASAP
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need detailed blueprints for a small-to-medium backyard patio that combines poured concrete zones with low-maintenance artificial grass. The space will serve primarily as a relaxation spot, so the design should emphasize calm flow, comfortable furniture placement and a clean visual line back toward the garden beds already on site. We will have a sauna, cold plunge, a mosquito free building that will have ventilation for a hot tub, couch with natural gas fireplace, and little coffee bar. The space will also have a work area with shade to where we can eat and work. An outdoor shower is also wanted if the space allows. I will also need a marking to where the water line and gas lines will be. There will be two gates, a double door 8ft and one 4 ft. I need these place in areas that won’t interfere with the flow of the design. I will also like the grass area to be sized along with the stepping stones with artificial grass in between to be shown.
My survey notes and rough sketches are ready for you; I simply need them translated into professional construction drawings. These should include:
• Scaled site plan showing existing house wall, property lines and neighbouring features
• Dimensioned layout of the concrete slab sections and artificial turf insets
• Expansion-joint and drainage details appropriate for our local freeze-thaw climate
• Basic footing or thickened-edge recommendations where a pergola or shade sail might be added later
• Material call-outs (concrete mix, sub-base depth, recommended turf spec) and a concise bill of quantities
A simple 3D view or colour overlay that helps me visualise furniture placement would be a bonus, though not essential.
I’m ready to move forward immediately and hope to have a construction-ready set of PDF drawings as soon as practical, so please confirm your lead time in the proposal. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar tools are all fine as long as I receive both editable files and clean PDFs.
