Part-Time Residential BIM Engineer -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am seeking ongoing, part-time support from an electrical BIM professional who is comfortable working in Revit on residential projects. Most of my work revolves around single-family and low-rise multi-unit developments, so a solid grasp of the specific code requirements and construction practices that apply to homes, small apartment blocks, and associated site infrastructure is essential.
Your day-to-day contribution will centre on three core responsibilities: generating detailed electrical drawings straight out of Revit, checking every circuit and device for full code compliance, and running accurate load calculations before we freeze any design. I handle client contact and overall project coordination; you focus on modelling, annotation, and technical validation so the final set is ready for permit submission.
Availability is part-time and flexible—as long as milestones are met, I am happy to work around your schedule. Ideally, we iterate via shared Revit models and weekly video check-ins. If you are confident producing clean, build-ready sheets and can flag issues before they become site problems, I would like to hear from you.
