Paediatric & Gyn Hospital Layout
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete architectural layout for a new paediatric and gynaecology hospital that will house up to 50 beds. The emphasis is on a functional, practical design that supports efficient patient flow and staff movement rather than decorative flourishes.
All site measurements, room schedules, and compliance notes will be uploaded as soon as the project starts, so you can work from accurate data instead of guesswork. Based on those files I’ll be looking for:
• Scaled floor plans showing bed wards, consultation rooms, support spaces and service cores
• Clear circulation diagrams that separate public, clinical and back-of-house paths
• Basic exterior elevations to illustrate massing and façade rhythm
• A simple 3D view or two for spatial clarity (no high-end rendering required)
Drawings should be delivered in both PDF for review and the original editable format (AutoCAD, Revit or comparable software you already use).
If anything in the brief needs clarification, let me know early so we keep revisions to a minimum. Once the preliminary layout matches the functional brief, we’ll lock the concept and proceed to the final drawing set.
