Open-Plan Family Home Blueprint

I’m in a hurry to lock down a practical yet welcoming house design for day-to-day family living. My brief is simple: a compact home with two to three bedrooms laid out around a modern, open floor plan that keeps the kitchen, dining, and lounge flowing together.

What I need from you is a full set of architectural documents—dimensioned floor plan, elevations for every façade, and a concise site layout (once I provide the lot details). A basic 3-D visual or coloured render will help me present the concept to the rest of the family.

Please work in the CAD software you’re most comfortable with (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD are all fine) and hand over both editable source files and print-ready PDFs. Accuracy matters, but speed does too; I’m hoping to review a first draft within a few days and finalise shortly after.
